请问，JAVA程序发邮件，如何附加附件

我用JAVA程序写发送邮件的程序，如何将页面附加上来的本地文件，附加到邮件的RTF，并发送出去。是不是先要将文件上传到WEB服务器（我的web服务器用的是WEBSPHERE），再FTP到DOMINO 邮件服务器，然后才能附加到NOTES邮件文档的RTF域？
请各位指点！！！
