我是上海一家猎头公司，为客户（世界一流咨询公司）找一个IT technology specialist，要求如下，
Primary responsibilities:

Coordinate notes application development •
Coach end-user to improve their work productivity with MS Office and other IT tools •
Support on Win2K/XP platform, using MS Office, Lotus Notes, Remote Access, and NetWare •
Support other areas like telephone system, videoconference, asset management etc. •
Provide IT hotline and off-hours support •
Coordinate and deploy effectively corporate IT projects Expected credentials:
•
1-2 years’ notes development experience•
3 years’ PC experience and solid knowledge of MS OS/Office, NetWare and Lotus Notes; Reputable University degree•
Strong service orientation, analytical and interpersonal skills•
Independent and able to work well under stress•
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
