Responsibilities:
1. Work with Corporate IT team to do system customization;
2. Work with local IT team to do requirement analysis, process analysis and process re-engineering if necessary;
3. End/super user training;
4. SAP HR system go-live support and on-going support.
Requirements:
1. Ability/expert in SAP HR Tools (Schema and rules) is a must have;
2. Must have implementation experience for travel Management, time management (positive and negative), payroll and compensation management (China);
3. Experience in preparation of functional/technical specifications;
4. Must be able to interact with all levels of users;
5. Must be able to communicate fluent in English and command Microsoft Office application skill;
6. Willing to travel (e.g. domestic as well as south-east Asia);
7. Working experience in Indonesia and China is an advantage;
8. At least 2 full-cycle of SAP implementation with full responsibility to above modules;
9. Advantage to have experience in Cross application time sheet and /or interfaces to time clocking machine;
10. At least 4-5 years experience in SAP HR, exposure and work experience with SAP FI/CO, PM, MM and /or other SAP solution Manager.
