Domino服务器奇怪现象

大家好！
我 公司有一台挂在外部的domino邮件服务器，好像与某些外部地址有仇似的，在这些外部地址上用OE收放邮件时总是提示0x800ccc0F ,有时能收一下发一下。通过这些外部IP上网的主机，用OE收放这些邮件服务器的邮件后，从IE上也不能访问了，其他网页和服务器都可以访问。当用OE收放邮件时，出错，IE就不能放问服务器主页了，但网络层是连通的，可以ping得通服务器。出现问题时，在服务器上可以看到连接被断的提示 。 中间已排除防火墙可能引起的问题。服务器重启了，问题依旧 。 再不解决问题，老大要发火了:L

我们公司也有这样的情况的。。至今仍没解决。
现在是让那些经常出差的员工，使用IE直接登录邮箱。。具体的作法，坛子里有的。你可以搜搜

碰到过类似的问题，不过我们是Lotus Notes连接服务器时出现问题。

其他所有东西都正常，我们有三台服务器，就是不能连其他一台，但ping得通，用IE也能上，就是用Lotus Notes连不上。无任何理由，后来试过无数种方法，突然在没有改动的情况下，就好了。

目前在上海、北京碰到过这个问题。我们的服务器在香港。

Problem
A document in a Notes user's mail file that does not contain a body part causes POP3 mail clients to fail when the retr command is specified.

retr command response from the server is as follows:
retr 2
+OK 1257 octets

Connection to host lost.


When attempting to retrieve this message using Outlook Express, the Outlook Express client generates the following error in a dialog box:

"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: xxx, Server: xxx, Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '+OK 1257 octets', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F"


Solution
This issue will occur if there are no body parts in the mail message and the Configuration document --> MIME tab --> Conversion Options tab --> Outbound tab --> "Message content" field is set to "from Notes to Plain Text."

To work around this issue:

1. Change the Message content field to one of the following:

from Notes to Plain Text and HTML
from Notes to HTML
Create mulit-part alternative including conversion and encapsulation
2. Restart the POP3 task, Outlook Express (or other POP3 mail client).
3. Attempt to retrieve the message again.
